REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Polymer Sciences.
Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in plastic processing industry.
Skills: Leadership, Problem Solving & Decision Making.
JOB PROFILE
•Supervise production operations across EBM, IBM and Injection Molding to ensure productivity and efficiency.
•Monitor performance, cycle times and yields to reduce downtime and wastage.
•Develop and maintain System-based production reports covering output, downtime and rejection rates.
•Lead and train the production team while ensuring adherence to safety and quality procedures.
•Coordinate with QA, maintenance and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
•Communicate with local and international clients to address technical queries and share updates.
•Develop & implement production schedules to minimize mold changes and ensure capacity utilization.
