Job Opportunity – Manager Operations (Admin Department)

Location: Islamabad

Teresol Pvt. Ltd. is a growing technology-based research and solutions company specializing in software and hardware development. We are currently seeking a Manager Operations for our Admin Department to oversee operational, administrative, and support functions across the organization.

This role is best suited for a disciplined and experienced professional, preferably a retired Armed Forces Officer, with strong leadership, administrative, and operational management experience.

Position Overview:

The Manager Operations will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations, maintaining organizational discipline, and improving efficiency across all support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall administrative and operational functions of the organization

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Oversee facility management, maintenance, and security operations

Handle procurement, logistics, and vendor management to ensure cost efficiency

Develop and maintain systems for record keeping, assets, and resource management

Coordinate staff travel, logistics, and event arrangements

Maintain workplace discipline and a professional working environment

Work closely with senior management for operational planning and execution

Requirements:

Preferably a retired Armed Forces Officer (Rank: Major or above)

10–15 years of experience in administration, operations, or security management

Strong leadership and people management skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to handle pressure and manage emergency situations effectively

Good communication skills in English and Urdu

Age limit: Preferably below 50 years
