Job Title:     Manager Merchandising & Sourcing (Apparel Unit)

Location:      Faisalabad (Preferred Faisalabad Candidate) 

A leading Garments Export Manufacturing Unit in Faisalabad looking for Manager Merchandising & Sourcing.

Job Summary:

·      Ensuring on-time deliverables of Apparel from cross-functional partners (product developer, designers & Merchants)

·      Driving the Calendar adherence through strong organisational & time management skills.

·      To Access and improve processes to drive efficiencies.

·      To have updates of vendor operations, safety, compliance, creative and product development processes.

·      To monitor quality standards for Products both in line and at Final Inspection.

·      Production Planning and Control of orders. Booking production capacities and ensuring efficiencies as per planning. 

·      Communication with Production teams for on-time and accurate product developments. 

·      Development of procedures and process improvement through a lean team to improve cost, efficiency, and productivity.

·      Led the Demand Analysis and Capacity Planning to ensure optimum utilisation of Operations.

Education

Bachelor / Master in Textile Engineer, MBA – Marketing or related field experience.

Experience

8-10 years of experience is required in Merchandising & Sourcing.

Strong experience in Fashion Products.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems.

Strong communication and cross-department coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and urgent tasks.
