Manager Media Planning

Brainchild Communications Pakistan is looking for a talented and results-oriented Manager Media Planning professional to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute comprehensive annual communication strategies, media plans, and integrated digital marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.

-Serve as the primary client partner, building strong relationships through proactive communication, strategic consultation, performance reporting, and timely issue resolution.

-Collaborate cross-functionally with clients, agency partners, and regional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and successful delivery of business goals.

-Analyze campaign performance by monitoring KPIs, uncovering actionable insights, and recommending data-driven optimization strategies to maximize ROI.

-Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, emerging digital platforms, and revenue growth initiatives to expand client portfolios.

-Contribute to business development by participating in new business pitches, developing strategic recommendations, and presenting innovative marketing solutions.

-Lead strategic planning initiatives, including annual communication reviews, monthly tactical planning, audience segmentation, consumer insights, and competitive landscape analysis.

-Ensure operational excellence by managing project timelines, optimizing team workloads, and delivering projects within agreed scopes, budgets, and deadlines.

-Inspire and develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, structured learning programs, and performance management to foster continuous growth.

-Drive end-to-end digital campaign execution and optimization across key platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio, Reach Planner, Daraz Search (DAS), Foodpanda, and other performance marketing ecosystems.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree (minimum).

-5–7 years of experience in Media Planning, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

-Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

-Solid understanding of digital media planning, analytics, and campaign measurement.

-Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.

-Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

-Relevant digital certifications will be an added advantage.
