Position Title: Manager Learning & Development
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute annual Learning & Development strategy and training calendar.
· Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) across departments.
· Design and manage technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training programs.
· Ensure GMP, regulatory, and mandatory training compliance.
· Manage onboarding and employee development programs.
· Coordinate with department heads to identify competency gaps and development plans.
· Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and KPI tracking.
· Maintain training records, reports, and audit documentation.
· Develop succession planning and high-potential employee development initiatives.
· Manage L&D budget, external trainers, and training vendors.
· Support organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualification:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA (HR) preferred.
Experience:
* 8–10 years of relevant HR/Learning & Development experience.
Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
Location: Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore
