Position: Manager Finance - Planning, Monitoring & ICFR
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Coordinate with business units for budget preparation and analysis
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management
Develop financial models for forecasting and business scenarios
Monitor performance against budgets and recommend corrective actions
Prepare monthly & quarterly management reports
Develop and maintain dashboards for financial KPIs and trends
Assist in the company’s five-year business plan
Oversee implementation of ICFR framework across the organization
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and control effectiveness
Identify control gaps and support remediation plans
Coordinate with departmental heads for ICFR execution and reporting
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
CA / ACCA / CFA / ICMA (completed or finalist preferred)
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience:
3–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in financial institutions)
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis
Hands-on experience with ICFR frameworks and compliance
