Utopia Brands Pakistan is looking for a customer focused leader with proven experience in managing high performing support teams and driving operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
โข Lead and mentor a team of Customer Support Representatives
โข Oversee customer interactions across calls, chats, and emails
โข Monitor KPIs and service levels to drive operational excellence
โข Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently
โข Improve customer satisfaction and retention strategies
โข Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews
โข Analyze support metrics and prepare performance reports
โข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
What We're Looking For:
โข Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute
โข 5โ6 years of customer support experience, including team management
โข Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
โข Experience managing call center and chat support operations
โข Hands-on experience with CRM and customer support platforms
โข Strong analytical and reporting skills
โข Comfortable working night shifts
๐Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM โ 3:00 AM)
