Mustaqim Dyeing & Printing is looking for an experienced Manager Costing (Finance) to lead our Processing & Export Costing function. The ideal candidate will handle the complete costing cycle, ensure data accuracy, control variances, and provide strategic costing insights to senior management.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and supervise all Processing & Export Costing activities.
2. Review & approve Job Order Cost Sheets and Process Cost Sheets.
3. Prepare monthly customer-wise Profit & Loss reports for management.
4. Coordinate with Production, Export, & Marketing for accurate costing data.
5. Analyze variances, wastage, and comparative costing reports.
6. Oversee Fixed Assets schedules and approve gain/loss calculations.
7. Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal controls, and audit requirements.
8. Guide, train, and supervise the costing team.
🎯 Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s / Master’s in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. 5–8+ years’ costing experience in textile dyeing/processing sector.
3. Strong expertise in Processing Costing, Export Costing & Variance Analysis.
4. Proficient in financial reporting and Fixed Assets management.
5. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
