Manager – Compliance Assurance & Internal Controls

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
Karachi & Faisalabad

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
MBA or equivalent from HEC recognized University with a CGPA greater than 3.00

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ 5-7 Years of relevant experience in audit / branch reviews / compliance assurance.
➡️ Ability to assess complex compliance data and identify potential risks.
➡️ Proficient in Computerized Audit Techniques (CATs) including data analytics.
➡️ Skilled in conducting thorough reviews and audits to ensure regulatory adherence, proficient in Excel and other data analytics tools.
➡️ Strong report writing, cross-functional coordination, real-time incident communication.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ To conduct branch / non-branch compliance reviews, perform RCSA evaluation of branch and non-branch entities. To assist branch management in timely rectification of compliance issues. To perform bank wide off-site data analysis.
➡️ Conduct on-site / off-site review of branch and non-branch entities.
➡️ To perform bank wide off-site data analysis.
➡️ Prepare RCSA of branch and non-branch entities.
➡️ Proficient in sampling techniques.
➡️ Impart compliance and AML/CFT trainings to bank’s staff.
➡️ Assist branch management in prompt on-spot rectification and remediation of issues identified during compliance reviews.
➡️ Report generation and preparation of compliance review reports.
➡️ Follow up with regional management for resolution of critical compliance issues.
