Job Title: Manager Accounts (Budgeting & Planning)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial performance reports, variance analyses, and KPIs.
- Support management decision-making with reliable financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Improve budgeting processes, financial systems, and analytical tools.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies.
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of experience after articles.
- ACA or CA Finalist preferred.
- Strong command of budgeting, planning, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
