1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
2. Support the HR team in talent acquisition strategies and employer branding initiatives
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
4. Participate in onboarding and induction processes
5. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
6. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment drives.ย

1. Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
