Position: Management Trainee Officer - Production Printing
๐๐ผ๐ฏ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐น๐ฒ:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for our Production Printing department. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day printing operations while learning and contributing to process efficiency and quality improvement.

๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
-Assist in daily production printing operations and monitor processesย
-Support machine setup, color matching, and print quality checksย
-Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teamsย
-Monitor print alignment, shade consistency, and defect preventionย
-Maintain production reports, machine logs, and shift documentationย
-Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and quality standardsย
-Participate in wastage control and process improvement initiativesย
-Support in achieving daily production targetsย

-Basic understanding of textile printing and production processesย
-Knowledge of color concepts and defect identificationย
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reportingย
-Strong learning mindset and problem-solving skillsย
