Role: Management Trainee Officer - Product & Delivery 

Location: On-site — Karachi, Pakistan 

Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 1 year 

*About the role* 

You'll work directly with the Engineering Lead as the operational backbone of a cross-border engineering team building an industrial AI/SaaS platform. This is not a rotational program — it's a hands-on role from day one. You'll own sprint operations, delivery tracking, stakeholder coordination, and documentation across multiple product modules. The team is small, the pace is fast, and everything you do has a direct impact on what ships. 

Sprint and delivery operations: 

Own Azure DevOps boards — task creation, status updates, sprint hygiene, keeping the board accurate and current 

Sit in all standups and sprint ceremonies, capture notes, distribute action items, and follow up on blockers 

Track delivery progress across product modules and flag risks before they become surprises 

Maintain and update the weekly Module Status Overview for company-wide visibility 

Stakeholder and communication support: 

Prepare agendas for US stakeholder calls 

Process meeting notes into structured action items and follow-ups 

Draft status update emails and presentations for the Engineering Lead's review 

Own the follow-up chain on pending decisions, sign-offs, and scheduling with US-side teams 

Join US calls when needed to support coordination 

Hiring support: 

Compile interview scorecards and feedback after each hiring round 

Track candidate pipeline status on the engineering side 

Coordinate with HR on scheduling and logistics 

Technical research support: 

Assist with tech research when the engineering or research team needs something investigated 

Document findings in clear, structured formats 

Documentation and knowledge management: 

Keep internal documents current — team directory, onboarding materials, process docs 

Draft and maintain SOPs, release checklists, and internal reference materials 

Take first pass on documentation that the Engineering Lead reviews and finalizes 

What you need: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (graduating is fine) 

Strong written English — you'll be drafting emails, reports, and presentations for a US-based team 

Comfortable spoken English — you'll occasionally be on calls with international stakeholders 

Organized and detail-oriented — the kind of person who keeps track of everything and nothing slips 

Familiar with or willing to learn Azure DevOps, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools like Teams 

Baseline technical literacy — you don't need to write code, but you need to understand what sprints, APIs, deployments, and PRs are 

Self-starter who doesn't need to be told what to follow up on
