𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

As a Management Trainee Officer (Field Engineering), you will:

• Assist in troubleshooting, inspection, and maintenance of solar energy systems.

• Conduct site visits and perform technical diagnostics.

• Learn and implement field protocols and safety standards.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely technical support.

• Collaborate with senior engineers to maintain service excellence.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (Fresher to 1 Year Experience). 

• Willingness to travel and work in dynamic field environments.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A genuine interest in renewable energy and field operations.
