We’re Hiring – Mall Manager (LDS Mall, Jhang)
Location: LDS Mall, Jhang
Salary : 80k to 100k
#Responsibilities:
- Oversee mall operations, security, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with retail tenants and ensure compliance with policies.
- Drive footfall and customer engagement through events and promotions.
- Monitor budgets, revenue streams, and operational expenses.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment.
- Lead and supervise the mall’s operational staff.
#Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in mall/retail management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle tenant relations and operational challenges effectively.
