Deputy Manager - Production Planning

𝗨𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴!

Position: Deputy Manager - Production Planning (Knits Protector Department)

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Deputy Manager – Production Planning for our Knits Protector department. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end production planning, from fabrication to final dispatch, ensuring seamless coordination, optimal resource utilization, and on-time order fulfillment.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

-Develop and execute comprehensive production plans from fabrication to dispatch

-Oversee daily production scheduling across all stages including knitting, processing, finishing, and packing

-Ensure smooth coordination between fabrication, stitching, finishing, warehouse, and dispatch teams

-Monitor order progress and proactively address delays or bottlenecks

-Optimize capacity utilization and ensure efficient workflow management

-Align production plans with delivery timelines and customer requirements

-Track KPIs, production efficiency, and adherence to targets

-Lead production reporting, planning analysis, and documentation

-Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including wastage reduction and process optimization

-Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality, and safety standards

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

-Strong knowledge of end-to-end textile/knits production and planning

-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

-Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination abilities

-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

-Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/ Textile Engineering or relevant field

-3–5 years of relevant experience in production planning, preferably in knits
