Job Title: Costing Executive (Textile/Manufacturing)
Location: Faisalabad (Preferred Faisalabad Candidate)
Huqas Apparel is seeking a Costing Executive to establish and manage a post-shipment costing and variance analysis system. This role will be critical in comparing actual vs estimated costs, improving pricing accuracy, and strengthening cost control across operations.
Job Summary:
Prepare post-shipment cost sheets for each order using QuickBooks data
Perform detailed variance analysis (Actual vs Estimated) with root cause identification
Track and analyze costs including:
Yarn/raw materials
Weaving, wet processing, stitching, and packing
Labor and overheads
Freight & logistics
Ensure accurate cost data capture across Stores, Production, and Accounts
Align QuickBooks Manufacturing module with costing requirements
Develop and maintain standard costing and reporting formats
Provide actionable insights to management for cost control and pricing decisions
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance or related Field.
Part-qualified CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) – preferred
5–7 years’ experience in manufacturing costing (textile preferred)
Strong proficiency in Excel
Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise (Manufacturing/Inventory) is a plus.
