Role Overview

As a Machine Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable machine learning models that drive business insights and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning models

Perform data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering on large datasets

Build, test, and optimize predictive models and algorithms

Design and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data, Engineering, and Product

Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

5–7 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning / AI

Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Experience in NLP, computer vision, or advanced data modeling is a plus

Solid understanding of SQL and data handling techniques

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
