🔍 Position: Training Assistant Intern – L&D Department
🧠 Experience: Fresh Graduate
📍 Location: Johar Town, Lahore

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Assist with scheduling sessions, managing participant registrations & maintaining records
Collaborate with trainers to update and organize training materials
Coordinate training logistics (venues, equipment & smooth execution)
Engage with participants, resolve inquiries & collect feedback
Provide technical support during sessions & troubleshoot issues
Collect and analyze training data to evaluate program effectiveness
Prepare reports, manuals & other documentation
Stay updated on IT industry trends to bring fresh insights

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Excellent organizational & multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently & within a team
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Keen interest in IT & Learning & Development
Prior experience in training/education is a plus, not mandatory
