🔹 About the Role

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients for our business. Your work will directly support our sales and marketing efforts by bringing in high-quality leads.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, Google, directories, etc.)

• Generate and qualify leads based on target audience and business needs

• Build and maintain a strong database of prospects

• Conduct initial outreach via email, LinkedIn, or other channels

• Collaborate with sales/marketing team to improve conversion rates

• Track and report lead generation performance regularly

• Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email outreach tools (if applicable)

🔹 Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, or digital marketing

• Strong communication and research skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Strong attention to detail and consistency
