Folio3 Software is urgently expanding its Global Managed Services team and we are looking for a skilled L1 Support Engineer to manage cloud services, virtualization, and storage for our ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฐ๐น๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐!
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
๐ง๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ฆ๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ธ: Azure (VMs, App Services, AVD), Windows 365, SQL, & Windows/Linux Servers.
๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, & FSLogix.
๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฑ๐๐น๐ฒ: Must be comfortable with Rotating Shifts (Day, Evening, Night).
๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐: AZ-104 certification is a huge plus!
๐๐จ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Lahore/Karachi/Islamabad
