𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls related to solar system alerts, technical faults, and customer performance concerns.

• Monitor automated system alarms such as inverter faults, grid failures, communication issues, and low generation alerts, and create service tickets accordingly.

• Perform initial troubleshooting and fault diagnosis using solar monitoring platforms including Sky Cloud, iSolarCloud, FusionSolar, SolisCloud, and SEMSPortal.

• Escalate complex technical issues requiring site visits to the relevant field engineering teams with proper issue details and preliminary Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

• Maintain accurate records of complaints, troubleshooting activities, escalations, and resolutions in the system.

• Assist in identifying recurring system issues and support customers by recommending preventive maintenance or service solutions where applicable.

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, service standards, and response timelines while delivering technical support services.

• Work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, including weekends and public holidays, as required by operational needs.

• Perform additional tasks assigned by management in line with departmental and organizational requirements.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.

• 0–1 year of experience in technical support, solar systems, customer support, or monitoring operations will be preferred.

• Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge and strong learning ability are encouraged to apply.
