InvoZone is looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter with strong English communication skills and exposure to international hiring 🌍. You’ll help source, screen, and coordinate candidates for technical roles while ensuring a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
📄 Screen resumes & conduct initial HR interviews
🤝 Coordinate interviews with hiring managers & candidates
🗂️ Maintain candidate pipelines & update ATS
🌐 Communicate with international clients & candidates
💻 Understand basic technical roles (.NET, Java, Frontend, DevOps)
⭐ Ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience
✅ Requirements:
🗣️ Strong English communication (spoken & written)
🌍 Exposure to international recruitment preferred (6 months+)
🧠 Basic understanding of IT/technical roles
📌 Strong organizational & multitasking skills
⚡ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
