Dolmen Real Estate Management is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Manager Finance to join the team at Dolmen Malls - Karachi.
💼 Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting, or part-qualified CMA.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience (experience in property management, malls, or real estate finance is highly preferred).
📝 Key Responsibilities:
Manage monthly/quarterly rental and corporate invoicing.
Monitor agreement terms and track rental escalations.
Audit monthly utility batches and reconcile tenant accounts.
Maintain aging and collection reports, and manage tenant queries regarding billing.
