Job Title: Junior Accountant / Tax Associate (UAE Market)

About the role
Join our Khanpur support team serving UAE clients. You’ll manage daily bookkeeping, monthly & year-end closes, prepare financial statements, support VAT filings and corporate tax data, and produce audit-ready documentation using cloud accounting tools.
Key responsibilities
Bookkeeping; bank/AR/AP reconciliations
Monthly close & year-end closing (books finalization)
Preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
UAE VAT preparation & filing
Corporate tax data collation & schedules
Drafting audit-support working papers
Use Zoho/Odoo/QuickBooks and advanced Excel
Learning & growth
Guided, hands-on exposure to Odoo and Zoho in real client environments
Ideal profile
ACCA Affiliate/Finalist or 3-year articleship from a reputed audit firm; or
B.Com (Hons)/BBA/MBA/M.Com with strong accounting skills
Plus points: manufacturing industry accounting; FBR filing/compliance; financial modeling
Detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven; good communication
Requirements
Solid accounting & Excel proficiency
Internet + basic office setup for hybrid tasks
Compensation
Market-competitive, PKR 20,000–120,000 based on skills/experience
