Techloset Solutions is looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Digital Commerce & Client Relations Associate to join our team in Faisalabad.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online orders, engaging with customers across digital channels, supporting sales activities, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry to delivery.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Manage the complete online order process, from confirmation through successful delivery.

Communicate professionally with customers via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and convert potential customers into confirmed orders.

Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, returns, and exchanges.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order records.

Coordinate with packing and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Address customer concerns professionally and provide effective, timely solutions.

Support daily online sales activities and overall e-commerce operations.

Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention, and sales conversion.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫

1–2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, online sales, customer relations, or a similar role.

Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.

Comfortable working with WhatsApp, social media platforms, and basic computer tools.

Strong follow-up, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

A customer-focused approach with a sales-oriented mindset.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Must be based in Faisalabad and available for on-site work.
