🔹 About the Role

We are Looking a Junior Project Coordinator with experience in the mobile app or IT industry to support project managers in planning, tracking, and executing app development projects. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating between teams to ensure smooth delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Management

Assist in planning and organizing mobile app development projects

Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones

Ensure tasks are assigned and completed as per deadlines

Maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules

Team Communication

Coordinate between development, design, QA, and marketing teams

Communicate project updates and requirements

Assist in daily SCRUM meetings and sprint planning

Quality & Delivery Support

Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays

Ensure deliverables meet project standards

Assist in preparing project review reports

Client & Stakeholder Support

Support in communication with internal stakeholders

Help gather client requirements and update project documentation

🔹 Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, Project Management, or related field

 ✔ 1–2 years experience in project coordination within the mobile app or IT/software industry

 ✔ Basic understanding of mobile app development lifecycle

 ✔ Strong organizational & multitasking skills

 ✔ Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)

 ✔ Good communication & reporting skills

 ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
