CareGenix Solutions is seeking a skilled and proactive 𝐈𝐓 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 to manage and optimize our IT infrastructure. This role requires expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization technologies, and end-user support.

📍 Location: Cherry’s Plaza, DHA Phase 7, Karachi
🕕 Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (US Hours)

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services
✔️ Manage and optimize Azure subscriptions & resources (Entra ID, VMs, storage, networking)
✔️ Configure and manage AVD environment for remote work scenarios
✔️ Implement best practices for scaling & optimizing AVD deployments
✔️ Administer Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP services)
✔️ PowerShell scripting & automation in Microsoft 365 and Azure
✔️ VMware ESXi & vCenter administration & troubleshooting
✔️ Backup and recovery technologies management
✔️ Provide end-user support, desktop & network troubleshooting
✔️ Inventory management of IT assets

Requirements:

🔹 Strong knowledge of network technologies and protocols
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft 365 & Azure environments
🔹 Experience with VMware ESXi & vCenter
🔹 Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
🔹 Proficient in written & verbal communication
🔹 Ability to work independently and in a team environment
