IT Support Executive

Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced professional for the position of IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

Location: Karachi

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

o Provide first-line IT support to Head Office and CWH users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

o Troubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop issues including installation, configuration, and maintenance.

o Support LAN/WAN connectivity issues and ensure stable network operations across HO and CWH.

o Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and productivity tools.

o Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions as per company policy.

o Diagnose and resolve printer, scanner, and peripheral device issues.

o Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and provide on-ground support when required.

o Assist in IT setup for new users, including device provisioning and system configuration.

o Coordinate with vendors and senior IT staff for escalated technical issues.

o Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation of assets.

o Support basic server and network monitoring under supervision.

o Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and data protection guidelines.

 

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

o Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

o 2–3 years of relevant IT support experience

o Experience in retail or multi-site environment will be preferred

o Strong knowledge of desktop support (Windows OS, MS Office, troubleshooting).

o Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, connectivity issues).

o Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting (PCs and printers).

o Knowledge of IT ticketing systems and support processes.
