Innovative Solutions is looking to hire an IT Support Engineer for its Islamabad office!
š Key Responsibilities:
ā¢Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
ā¢Monitor and maintain IT systems and network infrastructure to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
ā¢Respond to and resolve service requests and incidents through the IT Service Management (ITSM) system in a timely manner.
ā¢Provide remote and onsite technical support to end users.
ā¢Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
ā¢Manage and maintain IT asset inventory, including tracking, allocation, and record updates.
ā¢Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
ā¢Coordinate with service provider/vendors for issue resolution and service delivery.
š Requirements:
ā¢ 2 to 3 years of experience in similar role is required
ā¢ Bachelors degree in relevant field is preferred
ā¢Take ownership of daily IT operations, proactively identify and resolve recurring issues, and ensure high user satisfaction levels.Ā
š Location: Gulberg greens, Islamabad
š Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
