IT Support Engineer
- Location: Islamabad Gulberg Green
- Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and networks
- Document technical issues and solutions in the ticketing system
- Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and escalations
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint - Knowledge of Veeam (Backup & Recovery solutions)
