You'll be responsible for developing and implementing service delivery plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations

- Manage and deliver IT services to clients, ensuring high-quality service and meeting client expectations

- Develop and implement service delivery plans, processes, and procedures

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

- Monitor and report on service delivery performance

- Record and track daily task updates, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of issues

*Requirements:*

- 4+ years of experience in IT service delivery.

- Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and Shifts.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- Experience with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)

- Knowledge of cloud computing and IT infrastructure management
