Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications
✔ 1–2 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or system management
✔ Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, networking protocols, and virtualization
✔ Experience in system troubleshooting and IT infrastructure management
✔ CCNA / MCSE certifications will be an added advantage
