Smart Brains BPO is hiring a skilled IT Networking Engineer to manage, maintain, and secure our growing network infrastructure.
If you have strong hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network troubleshooting — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
✳️ Configure, manage, and troubleshoot switches, routers, and firewalls.
✳️Monitor network performance and optimize system availability.
✳️Implement and manage VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, and routing protocols.
✳️Ensure network security through access control, firewalls, and monitoring tools.
✳️Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure and wireless networks.
✳️Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues across the office network.
✳️Maintain network documentation, diagrams, IP lists, and SOPs.
✳️Support VoIP systems and ensure smooth connectivity for call center operations.
✳️Perform regular system backups and recovery testing.
✳️Coordinate network upgrades, maintenance, and vendor interactions.
Requirements:
🔹1–3 years of professional networking experience.
🔹Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, NAT, VLANs, and subnetting.
🔹Hands-on experience with network devices (Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, TP-Link, etc.).
🔹Experience with firewalls, security policies, and VPN technologies.
🔹Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
🔹Must be able to handle network issues independently.
