We’re Hiring: Investment & Business Development Manager (EU / UK / US)
📍 Remote – Pakistan
🕒 Timing: 11 AM – 7 PM (PK Time)
ExactFlow (by Exact Solution Electronics) is expanding — and we’re looking for a highly skilled Investment & Business Development Manager to lead our fundraising, investor relations, and strategic growth initiatives across Europe, the UK, and the US.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with our CEO and play a key part in shaping the next phase of our international growth.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Build & manage investor, VC, and strategic partner pipelines
• Lead outreach to VCs, family offices & corporate partners
• Prepare pitch decks, financial models & investor data rooms
• Coordinate investor meetings & follow-ups for the CEO
• Apply for EU/UK grants (Horizon Europe, EIC, Innovate UK, etc.)
• Support due diligence & ensure complete documentation
• Drive business development strategies and partnerships
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• 4–7+ years in VC, investment banking, corporate finance, or fundraising
• Proven experience raising equity or grants for tech/SaaS companies
• Strong understanding of cap tables, investor mechanics & financial models
• Excellent English communication, research & documentation skills
• Highly organized & proactive in managing large investor pipelines
