Acme Mills (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Audit Officer to join our team.
Experience Required:
1–2 years of relevant experience in internal audit, inventory audit, warehouse audit & manufacturing operations.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Candidates with audit-related certifications or industry exposure will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits of operational and financial processes.
Physically verify inventory, raw material inward stock, and finished goods.
Monitor and check waste material outward movement and related documentation.
Reconcile physical stock with system records and report discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and internal control procedures.
Prepare audit reports and highlight operational gaps or risks.
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and accounts departments for audit activities.
Assist management in improving internal controls and inventory management processes.
Skills Required:
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good knowledge of inventory control and audit procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to work independently and conduct field/physical verification activities.
Good communication and reporting skills.
