Lotte Akhtar Beverages is hiring an Industrial Relations Specialist for its Lahore location. We are looking for a professional with strong expertise in Labor Laws, PESSI, EOBI, WPPF, and Provident Fund (PF) compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and all statutory bodies.
Handle IR matters, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures.
Liaise with labor departments, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Maintain documentation, records, and compliance reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Law, or related field.
5–8 years of IR/ER experience.
Strong knowledge of statutory frameworks (PESSI, EOBI, WPPF, PF).
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
