-Manage Employee Relations
-Manage Employee Engagement
-Manage Employee Grievances
-Manage Company Events and HR Eventsย
-Arrange University Visits for Talent Acquisition
-Manage Offers and Negotiation
-Manage Conflicts (if any) and Resolve Issues
-Manage Exit Interviews and Terminations
-Support Implementation of HR Policies and Ensure Compliance
-Support Managers in Tracking Employee Performance
-Other Tasks Assigned by the Manager/Management

2โ4 years of experience in HR Operations or Generalist role
Willing for occasional travel for recruitment, training, HR and Company Events
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software
Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and HR best practices
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
IT/Software Industry Experience is a Plus
