𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Remote (Pakistan)

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-time (EST Hours)

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

◦ Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

◦ Maintain HR records and ensure policy compliance

◦ Coordinate employee engagement and training programs

◦ Assist in HR operations and performance management

◦ Promote effective internal communication across teams

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

◦ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

◦ 1–3 years of HR experience

◦ Strong communication and organizational skills

◦ Familiarity with HR tools and best practices
