- Oversee and manage fleet operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Maintain and monitor fuel accounts and related documentation
- Handle Lifecycle Operations related to HR services and fleet management
- Manage TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance) processes and ensure timely reimbursements
- Support HR Services in day-to-day operational tasks
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for fleet and resource management
- Ensure timely reporting and record-keeping for assigned responsibilities
