Position: HR Recruiter (BPO Background)
📍 Location: Razi Road, PECHS Block 06, Karachi
🕗 Shift: Monday to Friday (Night Shift)
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who can independently manage and finalize hiring decisions for mid to senior-level roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle independently
Source, screen, and finalize candidates without hiring manager involvement
Conduct interviews and coordinate in the decision-making process
Maintain and update candidate pipeline and hiring trackers
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding
Handle multiple roles and ensure timely closures
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
Confident in conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
Proficient in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job portals, ATS)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR would be preferred
