We’re growing and are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to help us identify and onboard top talent in the mortgage industry. This is a remote role based in Pakistan with exposure to international teams and dynamic hiring environments.

If you have strong experience in sourcing top-tier mortgage brokers and financial professionals—especially through LinkedIn and digital hiring platforms—this role is for you!

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

 • Recruit mortgage brokers and related financial roles

 • Manage end-to-end hiring cycles and talent pipelines

 • Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate with the Dubai HR team

 • Build strong sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards

 • Draft professional job posts and track recruitment metrics

🎯 Requirements:

 • Bachelor’s in HR/Business

 • 3+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in financial services)

 • Strong LinkedIn recruitment & Boolean search skills

 • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

 • Experience managing high-volume hiring in fast-paced environments

✨ Preferred:

 • Experience hiring for GCC or North American financial firms

 • Ability to assess sales-driven profiles

 • Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy
