Job Opportunity at Xander's Position "HR Officer"
Location: Clifton, Karachi, Pakistan.
We are expanding our team.
We're looking for an HR Officer to join our Human Resources team.
Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Prepare and process HR-related documents, including offer letters, contracts.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
• Handle general HR inquiries.
• Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, and coordinating interview schedules.
• Assist with onboarding new hires, preparing new employee files, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Help organize company events and employee
engagement activities.
• Assist in communicating HR policies and procedures to employees.
• Data Management
Requirements:
• Minimum Graduation
• 1 to 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in ERP, Microsoft Office (Word,
Power Point, Excel).
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player.
