Hiring for the following position:
Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Lahore
Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support
- Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance procedures
- Coordinate medical insurance enrollment, claims etc
- Assist in preparing monthly HR analytics and dashboards
Requirements:
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or
related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in retail or multi-location
operations
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
