𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower planning, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and on boarding.

Understand and coordinate with production processes to support performance analysis, workforce planning, and operational efficiency.

Maintain and oversee accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal data.

Supervise payroll coordination by ensuring accurate and timely employee data related to leaves, bonuses, deductions, and absences.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and strengthen internal communication across the plant.

Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.

Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Provide HR guidance to management and employees regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.

Prepare, analyze, and present HR reports and metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and headcount.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Lead performance management processes, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Ceramics, Sanitary Ware, or Tiles manufacturing.

Candidates with prior ceramics industry experience will be strongly preferred.

Qualification: BBA / MBA (HR) or a relevant discipline.

Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR operations, and plant-level HR functions.

Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
