Headstart School is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and forward-thinking HR Manager to lead and strengthen our Human Resources function across the organization.
We are seeking a professional with strong strategic, operational, and people management capabilities who can contribute to organizational growth and culture development within an academic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 HR policy development, implementation, and compliance
🔹 Organizational strategy planning and execution
🔹 Performance management and appraisal systems
🔹 Training & Development initiatives and staff capacity building
🔹 Employee engagement and organizational development
🔹 Integration and implementation of AI tools
🔹 Talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning
🔹 Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labour practices
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
✔ Professional HR certifications (CHRP, CIPD, SHRM, PHR, etc.) preferred
✔ Prior HR leadership experience required
✔ Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
✔ Knowledge of modern HR practices, HR analytics, and AI-driven HR tools
