📍Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

💰 Salary Range: PKR 150,000 – 180,000 (Monthly)

🕒 Experience Required: 5–8 Years (HR Operations & Payroll)

Zonergy Corporation  is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Manager to lead core HR operations at our Islamabad office. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in payroll management, recruitment, and HR compliance, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1) Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary disbursement, EOBI documentation, and portal management

2) Coordinate the monthly performance management cycle, consolidating departmental data and preparing reports

3) Lead full-cycle recruitment, from manpower planning to offer issuance and onboarding documentation

4) Oversee attendance and leave management through digital HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance

5) Handle employee documentation and correspondence, including letters, notices, and official records

6) Manage employee insurance processes, ensuring timely claim handling and coordination

7) Communicate company policies, SOPs, and official announcements effectively across the organization

8) Maintain and regularly update the employee database and workforce reports

Candidate Profile

i) Qualification: MBA in Human Resources or a related field

ii) Experience: 5–8 years in HR operations, payroll, and recruitment

iii) Technical Skills:

a) Strong command of MS Excel

b) Experience with HRIS / attendance management systems

c) Expertise: Sound knowledge of Pakistan Labor Laws, EOBI, and payroll processes and familiarity with banking portals and compliance requirements
