What We Are Looking For 📌
We are searching for a candidate with the following essential qualifications and skills:
✔️ Education: Must possess a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
✔️ Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in school/educational sector hiring is required.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
✔️ Tech-savvy with a strong ability to quickly learn and utilize various HR software and tools.
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with staff and potential candidates.
Role Responsibilities 📌
The HR Manager will support the Human Resources Department with tasks including, but not limited to:
Assisting in the full cycle of recruitment, specifically for teaching and administrative positions.
Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
Scheduling interviews and managing candidate correspondence.
Preparing HR-related documents and reports.
