We’re Hiring: HR Lead – Rewards and Organization Design
Location: Hyderabad, Sindh (Onsite)

At Oxiliry, we empower businesses through scalable, efficient, and innovative BPO solutions. As a trusted partner in driving operational excellence, we’re seeking a strategic and analytical HR Lead – Rewards and OD to strengthen our People Operations function.
This role is ideal for an HR professional with expertise in rewards, organizational design, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the full employee rewards cycle, including bonus, increment, and recognition programs
Conduct internal equity reviews, compensation benchmarking, and market analysis
Oversee the annual performance appraisal cycle and support post-review processes
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel
Draft and update HR policies, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance
Partner with leadership to implement new HR frameworks and policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal controls, and audit standards
Collaborate with Finance for payroll-related processes and approvals
Respond to employee queries related to compensation, policies, and performance
Support initiatives in organizational design, role mapping, and HR data audits

Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of experience in rewards, policy development, and HR analytics
Exposure to organizational design or structural realignment is a plus
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel (Power BI proficiency is a plus)
Experience with HRIS or payroll systems
Strong understanding of compensation and performance management
Familiarity with labor laws and compliance
Behavioral Competencies:
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Discreet handling of sensitive information
Collaborative and process-oriented approach
