Centrox AI is Hiring: HR Intern
📍 Onsite Role – Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team at Centrox.
This internship is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates who are passionate about Human Resources and want hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
• Support onboarding, documentation, and employee record management
• Help coordinate leaves, attendance, and HR reports
• Assist in employee engagement activities and performance review processes
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Currently in 7th/8th semester or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Google Docs and Sheets
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
• Basic knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT, or similar tools
• Interest in culture building, employee engagement, and performance management
